Fear is with us much of the time – sometimes as a hardly noticed sense of nervousness and discomfort, sometimes as exhausting anxiety, worry, or invisible dread. It robs us of sleep, strength and happiness. It poisons our life and our relationships.
How do you experience fear?

* Is it aroused by specific present-day situations?
* Does it stem from old, buried thoughts and childhood beliefs?
* Did it begin with an experience of abuse or trauma?
* Does it turn into panic, or
* Is it an indistinct sensation, hard to identify and to manage?
* Do you unconsciously recycle old fears to feed the pain body?

In this 6 week teleclass you will get close personal assistance from Ram Giri Braun, Ph.D to deal most skillfully with your forms of anxiety to create a fundamental shift in your functioning and your life. We will work primarily with The Work of Byron Katie, and also with Open Attention for Emotional Harmony and HeartSourcing for deep Self-Nurturing.

1st week: Mind, Emotions and Heart: The best ways to work with your fears
2nd week: Earth School and the beneficial lessons of fear
3rd week: Unearthing underlying sentiments and beliefs
4th week: Replay – the subtleties of the pain body
5th week: Dealing with hopelessness and other hobbies of mind
6th week: Change your past and future and live in the Now
