New Way - People of Diversity

Beginning Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 10:30 - 11:45 am, Jen Lingo will be facilitating a Kindalini Yoga & Meditation class. Each class will contain a Kirya (a set of exercises, done in a specific order, for a certain amount of time, to achieve a specific result), Relaxation and Meditation. Utilizing all forms of yoga, Asnas, Pranayama, Mantra,Meditation & Shavasana, increases your experience. The student embarks on an exciting journey of Self-discovery and sacred purpose. The class cost is only $10 for drop-in; $35 for 5 pre-paid classes! Bring your meditation mat and water; plus a light blanket or shawl, and dress in comfortable clothing and Join Jen on Tuesdays!
