1)Ursula James, Stress and Relationships—10:00-11:00AM

Ursula is a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School and is honorary lecturer at Barts and The London Medical School. With her company - Thames Medical Lectures - she lectures at eleven UK medical schools including Oxford and Cambridge.
As well as teaching clinical hypnosis at the medical schools, she also teaches modules in personal development skills (including stress management and goal setting), and a unique course in communication skills for medical practitioners.
For her discussion, Ursula will share practical tips and stress reduction exercises for those going through particularly difficult times in their careers or lives, with a focus on not creating the ‘double negative’—not destroying our relationships with those around us while we need them to help us through this difficult time in our lives.

2)11:00 -12:00 Henry Grayson—Stress, spirituality—

Dr. Grayson received his Ph.D. from Boston University and a Postdoctoral Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from four years of postdoctoral training at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City. He is the Founder and is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York, a postgraduate local and national psychotherapy training institute chartered by the Board of Regents in New York State. He also founded and is Director of the Institute for Spirituality, Science and Psychotherapy and is the Founder and past President of the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy- a national membership organization. He was the Resident Psychologist on the Weight Watchers Magazine Show, hosted by Lynn Redgrave and aired 5 times a week nationally on Lifetime Cable. He will appear in the new movie, "The Truth", which is in the genre of "What the Bleep" and "The Secret", but one with many tools for practical application. It will be released in December, 2009.
For his discussion, Dr Grayson will share practical tips and stress reduction exercises which can help us to create a clear path for what we plan to do next in our lives.

For this discussion, our guest will share practical tips for homesteading in the city, suburbia, and the country. Lecturer will discuss home buying tips, what to look for in the land to buy, how to create a bartering network, how to sell your own products.

4)1:45-2:45 Guest to be announced—Career (awaiting confirmation, Robin Fisher Roffer, professional speaker)
For this discussion, our guest will share practical tips for creating a new career, and the importance of reassessing your own strengths and weaknesses during this time of upheaval. Lecturer will discuss home buying tips, what to look for in the land to buy, how to create a bartering network, how to sell your own products.


5)2:45-3:45 Guest to Be Announced--Best Places to Live in America
For this discussion, our guest will share practical tips for finding a city that suits your wishes and desires, that fits your needs whether you are single, married, whether you have children, whether you are young or old. Lecturer will discuss the most sustainable cities in terms of land availability, affordable homes, quality of life issues including proximity to local farmland, parks, cultural centers.

6)Ali Velshi , Finances——3:45-5:15
Born in Kenya and raised in Toronto, Velshi graduated from Queens University in Canada with a degree in religion. Velshi's first book, Gimme My Money Back: Your Guide to Beating the Financial Crisis, was released in January 2009.
Based in New York, Velshi has covered the U.S. government's bailout plan; the financial collapses of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, AIG and Lehman Brothers; and Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, reporting on the impact of the storms on oil refineries. He covered the Enron story at every step since it hit the national spotlight in 2001, including the guilty verdicts of Enron Corp.'s founder Kenneth Lay and former chief executive Jeffrey Skilling on conspiracy and fraud charges. He reported live from Ford headquarters in Dearborn, Mich., as the company announced the layoff of 30,000 workers. He was reporting live from an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico amid evacuation calls for Hurricane Katrina
For this discussion, our guest will share practical tips for understanding the crisis we are in, and for tailoring the best way for you to save money going forwards. Lecturer will discuss the most sustainable investments that are currently available, and will take the audience through a series of risk assessment exercises that will help us decide how to manage our finances in the future.
