I would like to offer my hellos and good wishes to all who read this. I am curious as to the average number of days/weeks/months between your clients' visits, whether you sell them nutritional supplements and what percentage of your clients stay with you and come once or more a week for over a year.

I am achieving thriving results by reminding everyone that consistency is rare and makes or breaks success and that most of us shy away from action, practice, work when we realize we have to put forth effort. Whether this means keeping the shoulders over the hips even when we want to slouch or requiring proper nutrition for ourselves or making the effort to do our daily physical practice; consistency in action, nutrition and personal development leads to success, longevity and joy.

(As I write this, I am grateful. It is all well and good to evaluate the body, fix the body, mind and spirit and exchange ideas; but I am questioning whether I make enough effort toward resolving hunger.)
