Hi everyone! A new week, and a new vision statement to focus on. Thanks in advance for helping us to hold this vision...we know it will be a reality for all of us and the benefit of those around the world that we will touch!

Dear CLP Family,

I feel so blessed to share with you that there are many wonderful shifts happening in the universe. The world is really full of surprise, and recently I experienced some phenomonal successes which will be taking more of my time. As a real estate professional, this is a very delicate market, and as a result I am committing more time and energy to my clients, friends and family in order to help them maximize on these opportunities. The result has been amazing and I am very excited to share that the market is rebounding. Inventory is still high, and many properties still available which makes a POWERFUL Buyers Market.

As a young, energetic member of Conscious Living Parntership, I was so thrilled to be part of the Co-Founding member group which then lead me to become Chapter President of the Ft.Lauderdale area in September of 2007. I have absolutely loved and enjoyed this opportunity and really look forward to maintaining an amazing relationship with the members and the organization as I have decided to step down as president. There are many terrific members that would fit the position, and I'm sooo excited to find out who that will be. I want to graciously thank our Chapter Vice President Shelli Blair for all of her hard work, and passionate commitment to the chapter. Shelli has demonstrated a true dedication to the chapter and organization. I am happy to transition the Chapter to the hands of the Corporate office and am confident a leader will soon emerge. Conscious Living Partnership is a true community of compassion, leadership, and support. I look foward to seeing each and everyone of you in upcoming events, and wishing you all a happy 2009!

In an effort for CLP corporate to assist the Chapters in meeting registration and membership enrollments, we are implementing a new method of registration that ensures acuracy and efficiency for the Chapters AND CLP both. This has been adopted by our Denver chapter (thank you Larry and gang!) I will email it to all presidents so that you can begin to implement it ASAP.
