- Life is constantly changing and my calling is to live in the here and now with my eyes always open to the opportunities ahead of me. I believe that every second of the day, we have a chance to make a positive change in the world. I also love to assist individuals in learning how to live a healthier lifestyle via healthy eating, exercise and positive thinking.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Besides a positive outlook on life and surounding myself with people I love, I eat Pasha's Healthy cuisine everyday. I also work with a partner metabolic coach and work-out 3-4 times a week. To be healthy we need to be balanced. Mind, body and soul.
- What would you like to say?
- I believe that by taking care of your body and eating well and working out we can prevent many future issues that may occur such as diabities, heart desease, etc. It is so important that people understand that they do not need to deprive themselves of the things they love to live a long healthy life. Through Pasha's Healthy Mediterranean Cuisine and our partner programs with Medical Facilities, Gyms, Holistic Coaches, and nutritionists, Pasha's will help you in learning how to live a great life. Pasha's is also always looking for dinamic partners in the comunity ready to make a change. If you believe you could be a positeve partner of Pasha's please contact me at anytime.
