- As human beings, we sometimes condition ourselves to ignore our own needs. We may neglect doing things that we know are good for us, such as: proper exercise, healthy eating, or making uncomfortable decisions. Each of us is responsible for all of our experiences. Every thought we think is creating our future. When we really love ourselves, our lives work.

- I am Licensed by the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor and received my certification in Hypnotherapy from the National Guild of Hypnotists. I hold a Masters degree in Counselor Education and my areas of expertise include; Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Creative Art Therapies, and the Natural Healing Arts.
