What is your secret to healthy living?

Positive thoughts and action. Giving to others. Vibrational Balance.
Eating organic as much as possible, Lots of greens and lots of "live" water.
Plenty of excercise, Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong, Meditation, Reiki and Yoga.

What would you like to say?

Be grateful! Always! Feel Love and Compassion. Try to look at everyone as your brother and sister.
