- Would like to be off the, grid, but doing as well as I can for an urban environment. My house is all solar electric except for air conditioning (and computers!). Even the fridge, garage door opener & washing machine operate on solar. All lighting is LED. Solar water heating. Veggie garden and sprouts. My business is lighted completely with LEDs.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- I'm a raw vegan, but I think the best simple advice for anyone is NO PROCESSED FOODS. Make everything from scratch. Want to go further? Make sure everything is fresh, ripe, raw & organic! Tall order!
- What would you like to say?
- Scientifically, many scientists say we have gone beyond the tipping point with Mother Earth, beyond saving. Sadly, I almost agree with this. It's going to take a lot more than recycling and no plastic grocery bags to save this planet, a lot more than these token efforts. It's going to take a humongous shift in planetary consciousness. Unfortunately, I don't think that will happen until things get catastrophically worse. Until the vast majority of people let themselves out of their "I want it all / It's all about me" mode, we will continue rushing towards oblivion.
