I believe that we all have what we need to be happy, healthy and whole. I believe that once acknowledged the light inside us all can shine brightly. My journey has been to help others touch their inner resources and shine their lights brightly. My love for movement and dance has become a spiritual path and a tool for building community, I share this path with my husband Matt. Together, as Village Events we commit to bringing rhythm and movement to a world in need of connection.

What is your secret to healthy living?

Remembering to eat for nutrition instead of convenience. To give my body it's daily needs of food and water and activity that keep me feeling alive. This act of love provides the foundation for health and wellbeing. One act of love can't help but lead to more love and love is the foundation of all healthy living. And most of all........JUST KEEP MOVING. When I feel like life is getting me down I know it's time to DANCE.

What would you like to say?

Say what you mean and mean what you say. If we would all follow this simple rule there would be so much more space for love.

About Me:

Massage therapist, yoga teacher, mind / body enthusiast, dancer, drummer.... I have made it my journey to unlock the mysteries of this fascinating relationship we can have between our mind and our bodies. I approach this relationship from the triad of body, mind and emotions seeking harmony of spirit. I believe in unlimited amounts of happiness and wellbeing. I seek these daily for myself and my world.
