- Helping others, especially in finding and living their passions. I have been a helper my whole life. Have a wonderful story to identify with most anyone and have done the "work" to be whole. I am available for anyone at most any time. Love to help, love people.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Getting out of myself! Showing up for the Universe and not taking this so seriously. I try very hard to stay positive and be positive. Yea, exercise? not only dancing these days, Eating? try but sugar uh, and don't drink and quit smoking!!
- What would you like to say?
- I welcome interacting with like minded people. I believe this year will be one of major transformation (personally) and it has already begun. I would love to share my experience (knowledge) and would love to learn from you!

Life without Addictions is that Possible?

Is that possible? Maybe for the non-addicting personalities, but what about those that tend to live on the edge? or like to at least peak over the edge? And really how many people really just subcome to it is what it is and nothing more?
Many factors go into addictions, but can there be positive addictions???
I believe so! We can reprogram our thoughts to be able to get that same feeling in a positive way. Who doesn't like to have a little excitement in their life? Who doesn't…
