Profile Information

Tell us your Conscious Calling?
My primary calling is to live in presence. My secondary calling is to point people to the deeper 'I AM' and away from a thought based mind identification of the ‘LITTLE ME’. So they too can make living in presence a primary calling.
What is your secret to healthy living?
No conceptual self, No problems.
What would you like to say?
If you ask most humans on the planet ‘Who are you?’ they will mistake their ‘life story’ (job, age, how many kids they have, their likes and dislikes, their health, and so on) for who they are. Your ‘life story’ is conceptual in nature; it is a construct of the mind, conditioned by the past and seeking fulfillment through the future. This is not who you are at your deepest essence. A common mistake for humans on our planet is to identify with this ‘life story’ as exclusively who they are, not realizing they are the deeper witness who sees the minds thoughts. If you are your thoughts, Then who witnesses the thoughts? Answer: You do. The deeper ’I Am’. How could you possibly ‘be’ your thoughts and witness them at the same time, it is impossible. You are the witness, not the thinker. By seeing who you are not (the thinker), you can then begin to realize who you are (the witness). This is when you begin to awaken from the dream, the dream of living in your head.

I don't mind what happens.

First off I am not Anti Disney, and Disney is not the only company doing this kind of thing It just happens that Disney is local to me, and i feel i need to educate others about this kind of business practice. I am for the cultivation of responsible corporations, now more than ever there are many ways we can start to cultivate responsible company's. By asking questions about where products are made and by who, before we buy them. By investing in stocks and stock portfolios that support fair… Continue

Namasté Craig!

As you say: "My primary calling is to live in presence. My secondary calling is to point people to the deeper 'I AM' and away from a thought based mind identification of the ‘LITTLE ME’. So they too can make living in presence a primary calling."

Beautifully put! "I" share this same love of Truth and calling with "you."

Even the progressively political expression of THAT!

Do you meet with folks in formal satsang? I used to.

In the fullness of apparent time, I will look through all your postings and videos with great appreciation and interest.

Is Eckhart Tolle your primary "teacher" ? Yes, I know that all outer teachers are mere projections of the One Inner Teacher (SatGuru).

So here are a few sharings from HERE.

Hi Craig,

Nice to hear from you. I'd like to meet up with you sometime. I usually go to Unity Church of Christianity on Clarcona Ocoee Road in Orlando. New Day Cafe in St. Cloud is nice too, but I've only been there once. I've read Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth" but I'm not sure about joining a silent group right at this time. Thanks for the invite though.
I will be putting some of my artwork on a web page soon. Thanks for asking about that, and my inventions. Probably the best known of these is method of making fake snow. You've seen the inflatable Christmas lawn ornaments that look like it's snowing inside? I built a snowing display window for a Gainesville shopping mall fifteen years ago, using that same method. I'm currently working on designs for high gas mileage commuter vehicles. I hope to find someone to finance a prototype. There is personal contact info for me on my website, www.spiritatsea.com if you want to get in touch. Or just email me at Steve@spiritatsea.com

Hi Craig, I tell my kids not to say too much on their MySpace, so I better live by the same standards! Do you have a business in town where you share your ideas and counsel individuals? My goal in life is to help families create multiple streams of income, set proper priorities and enjoy God's plan of happiness. Your ideas fit right in with step one, you must believe you are worth it!

Thanks,
Jim

Hello Craig. That was a very helpful email. I tried the meditation and I really felt in a calm and present space. Thanks very much! I feel it works very well to experience the inner body. I'm soon arriving in Orlando for the Avatar course. Let me know what you find interesting on the website. Here's to living deliberately!

Craig, Nice to meet you. I learned some of Master Fu's qigong. I also created a DVD for him of the 18 Methods, the level 2 exercise set. I haven't seen him for a few years.

Hi Chris,

What really helps me be in the Now?

-Dwelling in the inner body(meditation I posted above teaches you how to feel it)

- Breath awareness

- Most of all ATTENTION

Attention to thoughts being produced by mind.

Attention when the mind stream wants to pull towards the future or past.

Asking: Is my relationship to the present moment a means to an end?

Being the witness to my mind when it wants to label things conceptually.

Feeling any emotion that arises as en energy field in the body, rather then something that demands my minds attention.

When I have a thought, I laugh at it.

I will check out your website looks interesting. Hope to talk with you soon.

Namaste

Thank you Craig for declaring your primary calling to others. Nice meeting you. I enjoy the part above about realizing that we are not our stories. What really helps you to be in the now?
