What is your secret to healthy living?: My connection to my inner guidance ~ source energy. Loving myself, forgiving myself, knowing that I am the Mighty I AM Presence full of wisdom, Intelligence and Light ~ that this energy flows ceaselessly into whatever I wish to accomplish.

What would you like to say?: It's about the journey! About finding our own connection to soul, spirit, higher source whatever you want to call it! Each of us filling ourselves with Love, Light, Peace, Harmony & Joy!

About Me:: I love Marianne Williamson's Our Deepest Fear and strive to live my life by it. I strive to be conscious in every moment of my thoughts and my feelings.
