- Leave the world a little better for my children. As the Native American's Law of 7 generations state,
"In our every thought and deliberation, we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations".
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- No secret. Just trying to make the best choices with the information I have at the time. .
Mainly going back to the basics of living the simple life.
(walking on the beach, pulling some weeds and de-cluttering)
- What would you like to say?
- My purpose in joining is to develop a network of like-minded people who are passionate about making the world a healthier place....in your home, office, the planet, our minds, our bodies....every aspect of healthy living. There is alot we can learn from each other.
And, not only educating ourselves and our children about the problems and solutions we are facing, but to be an example of integrity, passion, hard work and a little fun along the way!

- Hmmmmm.....
I am a Licensed Interior Designer, graduated from FSU...but my college-bound kids want to go to UF......go figure!
I have been designing interiors since 1983 (yikes)
In 2002 I re-named my Interior Design firm "HealthyLiving Interiors" ..back when the tracks were being built for the "green train" I made the shift when my son was diagnosed with asthma and learned (the hard way) how interconnected our health is to our environment. (it is about the only "good" thing that came out of having asthma)
I love designing interiors, educating others on how to have healthy-n-green indoor environments and authoring educational books on the same topic.
The first of a series of environmental educational ecoloring books called "Healthy-n-Green is....Healthy Indoor Air" will be available mid October (the next one is "Healthy-n-Green is....Green Building")
and, I just finished producing a CD called URWhatUBreathe - 12 steps to a Healthy-n-Green Indoor Environment which will be available mid October 2008
I split my time between my kids, my work, my non-profit and my for-profit.....and would love to have anyone check out my websites to see if you would like to work together.
May our world become Healthy-n-Green, one choice at a time!
