What is your secret to healthy living?: Always being positive and openminded. Running, weightlifting, yoga. Eating right and taking the right nutritional supplements. Enjoying the beauty of nature.

About Me:: I was born in Wisconsin and moved to Florida after getting my degree in Chemical Engineering and a job from Optimum Nutrition. I had amazing success there and then went on to a career in modeling, shooting high-fashion campaigns for Versace, Ralph Lauren, Gap, Abercrombie, etc, living in New York, Paris, Barcelona, London, Milan, and traveling all over the world. Back in NY, South Beach, and then Chicago I started and grew my R & D company and now with my partners created CELS and Chateau de la Mer.
