Have lived in Orlando, Oahu Hawaii, and for 2 years now in Greater Atlanta. I want to help others with their real estate needs.

Real Estate Market

Ah yes... what IS going on? Long and short of it is that real estate is a cyclical business and always has been. It goes up, it peaks, it comes back down, it bottoms and comes back up again. When you look at the graphs, the good news is that the NEW peak each cycle normally exceeds the PRIOR peak! So it's a win-win if you buy and sell at the right times... but... our the specific circumstances of our LIVES don't always cooperate with what's "best" in the market, do they?
