Tell us your Conscious Calling?: We walk through life not paying attention to ourselves and our needs. Then life provides us with a transition that shows us that we must pay attention and learn to take care of ourselves. My calling to to assist people in that quest and remind them that there is hope in that process.

What is your secret to healthy living?: Mind, Body, Spirit......seems too easy of a concept but, wellness begins with a plan for all three.

What would you like to say?: There are so many people out there calling themselves Life Coaches and they have no real training. If you are looking for a life coach you must ask about training and experience. The very things you want in a business coach may not be what you want in a life coach. Chose carefully and don't be afraid to ask about training and experience. Highly trained people aren't shy about answering your questions,

About Me:: I have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a psychotherapist for over 20 years. I have added Life Coaching to my business this year and I am a Certified Life Coach by a school that is approved and works closely with the International Coaching Federation.
