- My call is to participate as a leader of, and student in, the creation of greater healing for our society. I am combining my training as a doctor with my journey as a patient with complex medical needs to offer wellness systems based around yoga.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Pay attention to factors such as family history, subtle changes in one's body and mind, and stay out of denial as much as possible.

- I look forward to many positive collaborations with our partners, where we share knowledge, experiences, and spirit.
- About Me:
- I am excited about the growth that I have experienced in taking the role of a healer out of the dental office (the fish bowl) and into the world (the ocean). In this process, there are challenges that I have never faced before, and successes that I would have questioned their probability of occurring in the past.

I loved your video! As a yoga practitioner for 18 years, I can see this practice can build strengh while relaxing the body. I felt like I just wanted to get on the floor and practice while watching the video!
