- To educate and inspire people to make healthier choices (e.g. organic and natural) in all areas of their lives, all while keeping a light playful tone and making them laugh.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Clearing my energy and meditating daily. Eating organic whole foods and living a chemical-free life. Regular exercise. Daily laughter, silliness, and always finding humor in every situation. Spending time in nature. Playing or relaxing with my amazingly wonderful cats. A.K.Chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, and natural supplements as needed.
