What is your secret to healthy living?
It is no one thing, but above all, be true to yourself and what brings you joy. Follow your passions. Personally, I find that living a natural & organic lifestyle gives me the respect we all deserve and allows me to take care of mother earth which deserves our respect and care as well.

I live in Delray Beach, FL, am mother to Marissa, adopted at birth in March, 2001, and wife to Jeff, my soul mate.
