- I'm the founder of Eating Healthy on the Go. I'm a Holistic Health Counselor who works with busy, on-the-go professionals who are stressed out and tired of diets that don't work. They seem to be doing everything right and yet the pounds aren't going anywhere. Unlike dietitians who focus on calorie counting and restrictive diets I assist my clients in creating an intuitive based eating style that focuses on their individual needs. No deprivation. No guilt. And, as a result, my clients lose weight, feel at home in their body and have a positive relationship with food. They stress less and enjoy more.
