- 6 years I began my path back to (me) through SYDA Yoga and from there into the loving heart of Panache. Since meeting Panache my life has changed in ways that I am still
getting to understand, and with that understanding has come a better view of all that is around me.

- Keeping away from the foods that have been altered in any way, eating organic foods and products that keep the body clean. Be in Nature as much as you can

- share what you know with any one who will listen, I have shared with my clients and my friends as well as my family
