- When I was 5 I 'heard' my mother's car crash from 2 miles away. I told my Aunt, but she didn't believe me until the phone call came. Ever since I have kept my Intuition growing, maturing, developing. I felt guided to learn holistic healing with Energy Medicine - Reiki, Reflexology & Polarity Therapy.
- What is your secret to healthy living?
- Eating when hungry with whole foods and allowing myself to eat chocolate or meat when my body wants it. I balance my external daily life with introspection & meditation, and incorporate vitamins and necessary supplimental herbs of Western & Eastern.
