To coach people in their search for optimum health. Teach them that they have the power of "choice." The world of all health education, allopathic and holistic, "tells" people what to do. My goal is to make everyone have fun in their educational process and realize that there may be a time and place for any and all methods in that moment, and that each of us has the power to choose what is right for us. Also to honor and respect others choices.

What is your secret to healthy living?

Laugh, laugh, and oh... did I mention laughing? Always look at the humorous side of our humanity. It makes the trip much more pleasurable. Laughing at myself, and forgiving myself for my mistakes.
Choices. Making conscious choices about what goes in and on my body. Choosing who I want to share my personal time with. Getting to make choices in life is a great gift.

What would you like to say?

I believe it is all about people, our sharing and enjoyment of each other. Supporting each other. Oh... did I mention laughing? Always have a good laugh together. There is nothing like that hearty laugh together while looking into each others eyes when all guards are down and it zings all the way down to the heart. That is connecting. All walls are down and the heart is open and then love can flow without prejudice. Shared laughter has been proven to unit a room full of adversaries, after which true progress can be made.

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge of any and all kinds. My first converstations as a child were "what's that, what's that?" I have an interest in everyone and everything. I love to read and am a certifiable bookaholic. I love to share and point people in the direction to do their own research on things they express interest in. Sharing is fun.
