- I am a certified Qigong instructor with Supreme Science Qigong, and study Complementary Alternative Medicine at ACHS. Join me for classes Fridays at 7am and 5pm at Open Mind Zen in Melbourne, FL! I am engaged to wonderful guy who is a true partner in life. I am a student at ACHS and a certified Qigong instructor. I love meditation, reading, writing, hiking/backpacking, and adventure. Breath is better than Bread... health care that is free & under your nose.....

Dr. Andrew Weil says the best health care systems we have is FREE and right under your nose........... it is the breath....
Dr. Bob says there is a correlation between tension and stress and anxiety... The lungs are shaped like pyramids... if you do not use diaphragm and belly breathing you are only using 1/3 of your lungs and you are going around in a state of hypoxia, which is lack of oxygen.. the effects??? A viscious cycle and without oxygen the body stays in a state of tension,… Continue

I wanted to reach out to everyone with an update of the latest! We returned last week from an amazing five days of certification for Qigong Level 2 Form, which also included training and certification to teach several powerful breath meditations and a food-healing workshop -- stay tuned for dates! I am currently available for private lessons (only $20 per hour) at your home for both Level 1 and Level 2 form.

Renee, Thank you so much for this mornings class. It was all I hoped it would be and oh so much more! I am hooked. With my little ones I may have trouble with every week but I will be there at least twice a month. I just wanted to say for anyone that has not tried Qi Gong it is so powerful.
