Driven by an intense and deeply inherent desire to understand human nature and behaviour, I spent over 20 years, researching, investigating and studying the field of human potential. This has led me to create The Liberated Learning Centre; a space for people wishing to know their answer to an inherent question within us all, "who am I and what is my purpose”?
The Liberated Learning Centre was created to provide leading edge programs that are based on innovative and self empowering philosophies to truly awaken each individual to their own answers. These programs reach and touch the very core, of who you are as a human being, simply and clearly through your own awareness.
Galileo said "You cannot teach a man anything. You can only help him discover it within himself ".
I have, through my years of research, found this to be true and exemplified by the two key programs offered at The Liberated Learning Centre that are having a profound, positive impact on people’s lives. They allow you to easily and clearly see how simple it is to increase awareness, to know the real power you have to be your authentic self and direct your own life.
The Mace Energy Method, assists you to remove the negatives in your life, allowing your true self to emerge. It’s about knowing and feeling your true self, void of concepts or ideas of how you should be. By removing the negative beliefs and identities, you remove the cause of many emotional problems thereby leading to marked improvement in general health, well being and confidence.
RealTime Speaking, is a philosophy and a practice of applying profound self-awareness to authentic self-expression. Speaking creates our reality, because it connects the inner and the outer. We all have a fiery fearless voice that tells us how to live fully and authentically. All we have to do is listen and act. When we speak truthfully, we bring our whole self into being, into life. Then, we and others know who we are.
Through these two powerful and innovative philosophies you reveal your authentic self and express your uniqueness to the world. The Mace Energy Method helps to increase your self -awareness and Real Time Speaking brings your self-awareness into outer expression. It is through being and showing yourself, you find, that achievement is not the most important thing, authenticity is. Authenticity truly shapes the effectiveness of your roles, relationships and dreams.
The Liberated Learning Centre has become a community where people are supported to evolve in liberating their spirit whilst embracing their humanness. It provides workshops, trainings and one and one sessions that are of genuine value to professionals in health, corporate and education fields as well as people who are interested in a new and simple way of understanding themselves. All programs and teachers reflect the core values she holds dear: integrity, truthfulness, simplicity, practicality, and playfulness.
