- Taoist Yoga, and specifically circulating the microcosmic orbit and creating an inner smile daily at the tissue level. The best secret of well being is to message all the internal organs. This creates a very complete feeling of inner peace.

- Studied comparative mysticism since age 11. Studied personally with the Taoist Master Mantak Chia since 1982. Did extensive study and practice of the Qabalah including reading many of the original manuscripts in Bibilical Hebrew. Studied Ipsalu Kriya Tantra Yoga and attained Level 3 Cobra Breath.
