Owners Noel Mountain, LMT and Dr. Sonja Mountain, D.C. are committed to serving the health and wellness needs of their community. Well Within is the second facility run by the Mountains who previously owned and operated the Mountain Wellness Center in Melbourne Beach for 12 years.

About Me:: Dr. Sonja Mountain has been a Doctor of Chiropractic since 1989 and specializes in Nutritional testing and consulting. She utilizes several methods to help restore function and balance to the systems of the body including Nutrition Response Testing, Designed Clinical Nutrition, BioMeridian Impedance Assessment, Auriculotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Neural Organizational Tecnique, and other natural methods.

Noel Mountain, LMT brings 19 years experience as a massage professional and educator to Well Within. He specializes in Body Restoration Technique and Accupressure Stress Elimination Technique, natural, hands on approachs to help reduce physical, physiological, cellular, and emotional stress as well as balance hormonal communication in the body’s systems.
