We all have days when we feel stuck, lack enthusiasm to move forward and sometimes even feel like we are moving backward. I repeat, we ALL have them.

What we do with this time is what counts. Hiding under the covers works for a
moment. If that’s what you need, then give yourself a time frame to allow for
this. Then make a commitment to yourself to move through the current funk or
stuckness.

Understandably, some tough times are so tough that making a step forward feels
impossible. We sometimes get immobilized and can’t even think straight.

Try doing this for yourself.

First, set your intentions to move beyond your current issue.

See the vision of the outcome you desire.

Create a plan if possible of what that would look like. (ie, eating better,
making a necessary call, setting time aside to work on a solution, etc)

And the most important thing is this; unless you are in action in some way, you
are not moving forward. It doesn’t have to be a physical action, but an action
that moves you. Most likely you won't feel like making leaps in that direction.
Honor the baby steps you are willing to take today. For that matter, honor the
MICRO baby steps you are willing to take today.

Keep pointing your toes in the direction of the lightness and take whatever
size step you can towards it. They add up - and soon, you will see the
progress. Just like cookie crumbs still have calories (darn it!) baby steps
still build momentum! Go get em!!

Enthusiastically,

Fran
