Help needed - Calling Awakening Servers

To make sure I address first the things that they want/need most, I'm doing a little market research and hope you can help.  As you may know, many are experiencing various problems or obstacles inhibiting their contribution/service, and I could use some feedback on those issues, what they've tried that hasn't worked as they've hoped, and what they want/need to move forward with their missions.

Perhaps you'd be so kind as to reply with your thoughts.  Or if it doesn't pertain to you, forward this to any of your friends who may be having such issues and ask them if they might share their situations and needs.  Their answers will help me help prioritize our efforts and help others who are experiencing much the same.
