Your Dream Life: The Raising of an Olympian

As I sit watching the Olympics each night, I remember all my life watching the Olympics with my parents and gymnastics was one of my mother and my favorites. From Nadia Comăneci to Dominque Dawes and now Gabby “Flying Squirrel” Douglas, it has always touched my heart as a time to reflect on how I am doing with living my Dream Life.

Gabby Douglas a 16 year old Gold Medalist who happens to be African American touched my soul during the 2012 Olympics. You may be wondering, how did Gabby touch my soul? She touched my soul because she pushed me to check in my own dreams, to see if I had given them the time and attention needed to accomplish them, to see if I could push just a bit more to make more of a difference in more lives and to work just a bit more focused to fulfill my purpose in this life time. I prayed, reflected and meditated during the Olympic games and gave birth to my movement, the movement that will transform the lives of more women than I ever thought possible.

The Launch of my new movement “Your Dream Life” was inspired by watching “the Flying Squirrel – Gabby Douglas”, as I saw her living her dream. I want to help the women over 40, live their dreams. Those who may be thinking it is too late to dream or too late to have lifestyle freedom. I was born with a gift to see inside a woman’s soul and help her package her story, her creativity, her gifts and her expertise into what she can call Her Dream Life. You see, I am all about lifestyle freedom. I am about every woman who wants to live her dream life having the pathway to do it now. Just like Gabby Douglas, who was obedient to the call on her life, to become an Olympian, we are all called to be the Olympian in our lives.

2012 Olympics taught me to recommit to my dreams, my goals and my aspirations as if I was preparing for an Olympic team. To share my gifts far and wide, to have laser focus, conviction and persistence to get the work of my Dream Life done each and every day!
