No, I was able to keep our two kitties. When the condo manager asked, "Are your trying to help yourself or everybody?" it made me think and as a result I started our charitable organization, Citizens for Pets in Condos. Renee, pictured in the YouTube video was not so lucky. She came to us too late, after her case was decided.

the description for this video is cut off. I have found that youtube doesn't transfer all the text and have to cut and paste myself! Is this video YOU?? What a sad situation.
